Delete your iryse account

You can permanently delete your iryse account at any time. This page explains what happens when you do, and how to request deletion.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove:
- Your name and email address
- Your profile and any content you posted in the Sisterhood
- Your activity history and personal preferences
- Any other personal data stored against your account
This is permanent. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored. You will lose access to the app, the Sisterhood community, and any programs you were enrolled in.
How to request deletion
You have two options:
1. In the app. If your version of iryse offers an “Delete account” option in Settings, you can request deletion directly from there. This route is provided via the underlying Passion.io platform.
2. By email. Send a message to carmen@iryse.team from the email address registered to your iryse account, with the subject line Account Deletion Request. We use the matching email address to confirm that the request comes from you.
What happens next
We process every deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will get an email confirmation once your account and personal data have been removed.
