Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the iryse app and the website at get.iryse.app (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by Carmen König, iryse, Fuldastraße 40, 12045 Berlin, Germany. Operator details and contact are in the Imprint.

2. What iryse is

iryse is a digital lifestyle platform that offers guided content, community features, and structured programs to support personal growth. iryse is not a medical, therapeutic, or healthcare service. The content is intended for inspiration and personal development only.

3. Your account

To use most features you create an account with your name and email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use iryse, or older if your country requires a higher age of digital consent.

4. Permitted use

You agree to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• reproduce, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit any iryse content;
• share your account credentials or allow others to use your account;
• attempt to access parts of the Service you are not authorised to access;
• upload content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or that violates the rights of others;
• use the Service in a way that could harm or disrupt it for other users.

5. Content and intellectual property

All iryse content — including videos, audio, text, graphics, and programs — is the intellectual property of iryse or its licensors and is protected by copyright. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access this content for your own personal use during your active subscription or while logged in to the free Foundation.

Content you post in community features (such as the Sisterhood) remains yours; by posting you grant iryse a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to display it within the Service. You can request deletion of your posted content at any time — see Data Deletion.

6. Pricing, payments and cancellation

The Foundation is free. Additional programs and subscriptions are offered in-app and through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. All pricing is shown transparently before you purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your store account before the renewal date.

You may cancel at any time. After cancellation, you retain access to paid content until the end of the current billing period. Refund policies are governed by the rules of the App Store or Google Play through which you purchased.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time — see Account Deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet any particular outcome you may seek. iryse content reflects personal experience and lifestyle perspectives; it does not substitute for professional advice in any specific field.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, iryse's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including liability for intent or gross negligence).

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Exclusive place of jurisdiction, to the extent legally permissible, is Berlin, Germany. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
