Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information iryse collects, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have over your data. It applies to the iryse mobile app and to get.iryse.app.

1. Who is responsible (data controller)

The data controller for the iryse app and website is:

2. What data we collect

When you create an iryse account, we collect:

• First name and last name
• Email address

We do not collect payment information, location data, or health data within the app itself.

3. Why we collect it

We use this information solely to create and operate your iryse account, give you access to the app's content and community features, and respond to your support requests. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. How we store and protect it

iryse is built on the Passion.io platform. Your account data is stored on Passion.io's infrastructure under industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to iryse staff who need it to operate the service.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account (see the Account Deletion page), we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.

6. Your rights under GDPR

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
• Restrict or object to certain processing
• Withdraw consent at any time

7. Third-party services

iryse relies on the following third parties to operate the service:

• Passion.io — the underlying platform that hosts the iryse app, account system, and content delivery
• Google Play Store and Apple App Store — for app distribution and updates

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy. We share with them only the data necessary to operate the service.

8. Advertising ID

The Passion.io SDK that powers iryse may use your device's Advertising ID internally for analytics and app functionality. iryse does not use this identifier for advertising or to build a profile of you across services.
