Delete your iryse data

You can ask us to delete specific pieces of your iryse data without closing your account. This page explains what can be removed selectively, what can't, and how to make the request.

What you can delete selectively

• Your display name
• Profile information you have added
• Posts, comments and other content you have created in the Sisterhood

What we can't remove without closing your account

Your email address cannot be deleted on its own — we use it to authenticate you and to operate the account. If you want your email address removed, you need to delete your full account. See the Account Deletion page.

How to request

Send an email to carmen@iryse.team with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Include:

• Your name
• The email address registered to your iryse account
• A clear description of which data you would like deleted

We use the registered email address to confirm that the request comes from you.

What happens next

We respond within 30 days of receiving your request. You will get a confirmation by email once the data has been removed, or a note if anything you asked for cannot be removed on its own.
